Shape Europe's Next Chapter

3 Nov 2026 10.00–17.00 Albert Rooftop Brussels

The new annual gathering for Europe's most impactful founders, funders and political leaders to take stock, energise & inspire.

Why WinWin?

Europe
Is Already
Being Built.

Too often, Europe's business and political leaders describe the continent's future in the minor key: too slow, too regulated, too fragmented, too tired.

We disagree. Europe does not lack substance. It lacks confidence.

Across Europe, founders, investors and industrial pioneers are already building the companies that will define the future in cleantech, AI, advanced manufacturing, biotech, circularity and beyond.

So why are we still telling ourselves a story of decline? Why has the narrative become that Europe is falling behind? Confidence shapes investment, innovation and ambition. If we want Europe to lead, we must start by believing in its strengths.

Europe is built
for the economy
of the future.

Europe already has what the economy of tomorrow needs.

It offers world-class universities, industrial depth, democratic stability, strong institutions and an exceptional quality of life.

For decades, we have known that Europe cannot compete on abundant natural resources. That is not a weakness, it is an advantage. It pushes us to innovate, improve resource efficiency and create more value with less.

Supported by a stable regulatory framework and a vibrant innovation ecosystem, Europe is well placed to lead the industries of tomorrow!

So, it is time to tell a different story.
WinWin is that story.

15.8%

The EU is the world's largest trading bloc, accounting for an estimated 15.8% of global trade in goods and services in 2024, equivalent to around €7.87 trillion.

7/10

The markets are already recognising these strengths: seven of the ten best-performing advanced economies in 2025 were EU Member States, according to The Economist's annual ranking of 36 wealthy countries.

WinWin will be
the agent
for change.

Europe does not need to copy anyone. It needs to build on what already makes it strong. Its regulatory framework was designed to prepare Europe for the challenges of this century. Too often, however, Europe's transition is framed as a cost to bear rather than an opportunity to seize. In reality, it is a strategy for competitiveness, resilience and long-term prosperity.

Without sustainability, Europe cannot compete in the long term. Without competitiveness, it cannot sustain its ambitions. Banking on both is a WinWin:

  • The energy transition, coupled with the digital transition, is a power transition.
  • Climate policy is industrial policy is resilience policy.
  • Sustainability and emerging technology are a coordinated competitiveness strategy.

WinWin exists to bring together Europe's political leaders, founders, investors and industrial pioneers around the shared conviction that Europe already has every reason to believe in its future.

What is WinWin?

WinWin is a
statement of
confidence.

Europe's founders and funders have their meeting places: Impact/Week in Barcelona, Berlin's Superventure, or Panathenea in Athens. Now the connection between those groups and EU political leaders will be WinWin in Brussels.

For one day, Brussels will become the meeting place for the role models of Europe's new economy to inspire the EU leadership to take back confidence. Founders, investors, industrial pioneers, civil society and policymakers will build relationships, exchange ideas and help shape Europe's next economic chapter, with a focus on quality and doing more with less.

It sends a clear signal that Europe's renaissance has already begun, and that Europe has what it takes to lead the economy of the future. Together, Europe's founders and funders stand alongside its political leaders to say:

"Europe is building, and we are backing it. What we need now is regulatory stability and leadership."

That is the message and the ambition of WinWin. For the inaugural edition, President Ursula von der Leyen has endorsed the initiative and will join us.

Why attend?

A boost
of energy &
powerful
connections.

A unique opportunity to engage directly with the policymakers shaping Europe's future economy.

Designed as much for the conversations off stage as those on it, WinWin brings together a carefully curated group of Europe's leading founders, investors, industrial pioneers, business leaders, civil society and political decision-makers for a day of forward-looking discussions, strategic insight and meaningful exchanges.

At its heart, WinWin is about dialogue: a space where the entrepreneurs, innovators and investors already building Europe's future exchange directly with the policymakers shaping the conditions for them to thrive.
